I'm giving up on Phelps. Who should I grab for DH until Vlad returns, DaVanon or Reed Johnson?

DaVanon. With Fullmer out, DaVanon has a regular spot. He'll bat lead-off, and have a little power to boot. Their bottom of the order sometimes can be a good set-up for some RBI's as well.

This kid has been tearing it up for the past month. Have you seen how many runs he has scored?

I would side with DaVanon , largely due to his increased PT with Fullmers injury. Also , DaVanon is a triple threat with pop, speed and avg. I would stick with him until he gets cold. He has way more potential for production than Reed.

Yea, go with DaVAnnon. With Fulmer out of the lineup he will get the AB's neccessary.
