24 vs. Lost

We only have two tv-show threads going on this site. Which one do you actually like more?

I have to go with 24 right now because I can watch it every week. Plus, it's generally above-average every episode. Lost has been pretty inconsistent lately, and these breaks piss me off to no end.

Lost, easily. Then again I've never seen 24.

24 hands down. Lost confuses me and loses me with their stops in shows. Prison Break has taken a 3 month break now, and I don't know if I will be able to keep up with it once it starts back up next month.

I only caught the first half dozen episodes of Lost and I must say, at best, I was Lost... mostly because I wrote it off as a silly sci-fi series since there had to be a "monster" on the island. i see now I jumped the gun a little and that Lost is clearly a great show, but I'm afraid I'm way to far behind to get back into it at this point.

As for 24, I only ever saw the first season... and aside from that whole, ridiculous amnesia plot in the middle, it was fantastic. So, just based on what I've seen so far, I have to go with 24.

I started hating 24 in the first season because of Jack Bauer's daughter "Hey let's get drunk with these loser burnouts and get kidnapped" theme every week.

Lost is the only show I can't miss.

24 has ridiculous plots like a high tech soap opera. I saw the first season and I must admit that I was glued to the TV until his daughter was kidnapped for the second time. The second half was utter crap. There is no way that much can happen in 24 hours. Doesn't make any sense. Then they pull cheap tricks into believing that Nina was actually a good guy but is not? WTF?

There is no reason to even mention the same shows in the same breath. 24 is hands down the better of the 2 and it isnt even close.

sonce i never got into 24 becasue it was on thursday which was the big drinking night for my friends and i i never caught the show. while lost is starting to annoy me with all the breaks it's taking i still enjoy every episode for the most part so it gets my vote based purely on those facts.
