What you think? I realize that my pitching is probably my weakness. I'm in the process of looking to deal S. Rolen for another SP, hopefully one with some K's -- I feel he's the best move with the most trade value as I can slide Atkins to the 3B slot.

Thoughts? Is this team solid?

you might consider tacking on hudson or livan and acquiring a stud K pitcher like oswalt or becket

ur hitting looks solid, good power from ortiz, utley, rolen, peralta, manny, some speed from taveras. pitching zambrano is great, id try to move livan for more of a strikeout pitcher, closers look solid, holds look a little shaky, timlin and eyre are your only sources of them.

work on getting some more starting pitching. personally i dont think you need all that depth behind your hitting starters and can probably trade a good deal of them for servicable pitchers. hudson is always an injury risk, eaton will be pitching for texas and as much as i love livan for the workhorse that he is ... hes due for an injury.

trade rolen/green + hudson/livan for a mid-low first round pitcher like peavy/oswalt or sheets.

Ok, quick update:

I'm currently targeting Pedro Martinez. I'm coming with T. Hudson and S. Rolen FOR Pedro. The guy is leaning towards accepting it. Is this a good move? Is Pedro finally going to be healthy this season (toe status?)? And is Pedro the right target? I've already tried Sheets and Oswalt with no luck. Is Pedro worth pursuing?
