Or when compared to the previously reported deal of 2 years 18M. This one is almost tolerable compared to that.

I guess those A's fans dont have to worry about Hector Carrasco anymore, I know they were shaking in their Boots,

I'd rather have Weaver for 1 year at 8.5 than Loiaza at 3 for 22....

;-D ;-D
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...

A's fans, get used to the Angels coming into McAffee Collisseum and clinching the division. I believe the dates this year are the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of September. See ya then. ;-)

Haha, I was thinking the same thing. I love clinching in front of crowds of 17,000 in Oakland.

Could be the difference maker this year. Wish they would have signed him for 2 years. I heard that was on the table at one point. I think both Lackey and Esocbar contracts are up next year along with Weaver?

I honestly can't be bothered arguing over who is going to win the division because it will hijack this thread, and be over 8 pages long. So you can have this one, and i'll let you guys go into 2006 thinking your the favourites.

Let me just say my money is on the A's, and I'm not too fond of either of your teams ;-D
