I gotta say I don't think he's getting any from this. It just reeks of desperation.

He would have been better off targeting just a few girls and giving them like 100 roses each. At least then they'd feel special in some way. With every girl in school getting a rose, none of them is any better than any of the others. And we all know girls need to feel special at all times.
