FYI, unfortunately, this does not define prospect (ROY-eligible?) - I asked when I submit my list.

If he is a "minor league guru", then I'm the richest man in the world. In other words, no way in hell. He is right up there with the guy who ranks prospects on Fox sports web site, Dayn Perry.
