CF for the Marlins and is number one on the depth chart so he should be starting I'm assuming? He stole 17 bases at Triple A last year and hit .310 in 171 ab's. I kno his avg could be somewhere around 270 or lower but I just wanted to mention his name as a possible sleeper and a good source for cheap steals.

Yea I'm talking about Eric Reed... I thought I had put his name in there.. what do you guys think about him as a late round flyer?

Hes a good late round flyer I guess, but I prefer Chris Duffy. Duffy won't get as many steals but he'll hit for a better average and score more runs.

I think hes probably a guy you can take a wait and see approach on since hes not guaranteed of a starting spot

Well thats your opinion... im just pointing out that he could end up stealing a bunch of bags if he plays a full season... it just all comes down to his avg and other things.

Well, I don't see him having a good AVG either, since he batted 255 in AA.
