Need One Owner for Free, but Serious League

Hi, I'm the commish of a league looking for an owner. We use Yahoo and have a somewhat unique points system designed to mirror (as close as possible) a players value in the real world. It's a keeper league and we have a unique keeper system as well. There are 17 teams.

Points (may change slightly):

Batting:
> AB -1
> H +1
> TB +1
> RBI +1
> R +1
> BB +1
> SB +1
> CS -1

> GS -4
> IP +5
> H -1
> BB -1
> K +1
> ER -6

Keeper System:

Team size is 25 players and every year we have a draft. Before the draft you can elect to keep as many players as you'd like. However, in order to keep a particular player you must use a draft slot on him. The draft slot the player is kept at is determined by the draft slot he occupied in the previous years draft + 3. For example, if you draft Chase Utley in the 15th round in 2005, you would be able to keep him at the 12th round in 2006. (Rounds 1-5 are slightly different, but the priciple's the same.)
