i just dropped Toby Hall for him. Unless you have a transaction limit and you are dangerously close to it or you have one of the 3-4 elite closers, why not give this kid a shot? He has been tearing it up at every level he plays at, he is a switch-hitter, he rarely strikes out, and he is gonna play hard to keep his spot. The point is that if you are holding onto a guy like Hall (like I was) hoping that he will come around and be productive, I would strongly consider picking up Victor and seeing what he has got.

It's all about UPSIDE in fantasy sports, especially when dealing with the "crapshoot" position (ie TE in football, catcher in baseball).
