If I do it with 4 SP and 5 RP, since it's an 8 man league should I do 32 and 40 or only do starters and do 24 and 32?

Bonus information: In Yahoo! it is advatageous to find closers with SP eligibility. This year, Ryan Dempster fits into that category. Draft him earlier than PiMP suggests.
