One of the teams is being replaced, reasons for it I don't want to discuss on the forum. But it is for the good of the league to find a new manager.

Wow, at least you had the guyts to tell me about it.

Basically the guy that runs the league is an dictator and if you question anything he does he will just kick you out of the league instead of working out the problem.

I've had the feeling all along that this guy is on a power trip and this confirms not only that he is on a power trip but is too chicken to even tell people when they're kicked out of his league.

If you have any thoughts or opinions of your own i would not join this league

Man are you ever dramatic...

I am a smart, active, friendly owner who would have benefitted this league. I responded to our discussion by sending you a PM joking and repeating my intention to shut up and abide by your (senseless) rules, and you still haven't responded, other than to make this post.

For those unaware, here are the proceedings:
1) I made a suggestion to make the draft go smoother
2) he refused
3) i made my argument and finished with the statement "ok great i'll abide by your rules"
4) he kicked me out without even having the guts to tell me, i had to stumble upon this very post while looking for an additional league

I guess you just hoped i wouldn't see this, that away if no one responds to your post you had me as a fall back plan

Good luck talking these folks into believing that your statement "you won't find a more commited league director" doesn't actually mean "a more domineering, dramatic, dictator of a leader who'll kick you out in 2 seconds but not have the guts to tell you"

And FYI to others - the suggestion i made was to overturn his rule that when you nominate a player for bid that you must start the bid at $1. I suggested starting the bid at whataver dollar amount the nominator wanted to start it at. Why start Pujols bidding at $1? You might as well start it at $35 as to not waste time making silly rinky-dink little bids that are not going to win a good player. If i want to nominate Brad Lidge and i want him on my team, why should i be forced to start bidding on him at $1? If i am willing to pay $25 for him why not just start the bidding at that?
