I'd go Butler, Kendrick, and Saltalamacchia.
One good DH power hitter, a potenial batting champ. Salty is the real deal, and cathcer who can hit are hard to find.

I think it gets to the point where it's just over-stated. If you have a top pitching prospect and they have no glaring reasons for them getting hurt, you go ahead and take them. Salty is just as likely to move to another position as Pelfrey is to have a major injury, and that would dim his value quite a bit.
