Thoughts on Adam Jones

his stats look pretty solid, but what can we expect from him once he totally develops?

Don't really care for him... Patton is the next big thing

I have him @ 45 on this years rankings.

I'm not a 100% sure but I believe they moved him from SS to CF, which hurts his value. From what I've read he has the chance at being a great defensivley or above average in CF and similar both offensivly and defensivly to Mike Cameron, but with less speed.

I don't know a whole lot about this guy, but I would like to hear more. We have a 3 round minor league draft coming up. The requirement is that the player NOT be available in Yahoo. With 12 teams and 3 rounds, should he even be considered?

If you're only talking 36 picks (even if the pool is just players not listed in Yahoo), then he's probably not worth considering at this point unless you're seriously aversed to picking a pitcher.

He wouldn't be in my top 36 that aren't in Yahoo, not that big on the kid though he is a nice prospect.
