Keeper league forming in St. Louis, MO

A new YAHOO keeper league is forming in St. Louis, MO. A live, off-line draft will be held in March, so franchise owners should be in the local St. Louis area. Twelve teams, 30 scoring categories, head-to-head. Keep three the following season.
