I don't think I've actually used anyone here's names in speech. I don't know if it's just embarrassment from the inevitable questions that will arise regarding how I know this person or if I just know that no one really cares to hear about my fantasy baseball exploits.

In any event, nothing has ever presented itself to me as an acceptable audible solution for "wrveres." There are just too many consonants that don't match in there. I seem to end up coming back to a badly slurred "Revere," as in Paul Revere, or a badly slurred "rear" for the shortened "wr." This needs some work.
