What happens to his value if he is switched to a OF?

Not much, because he would probably play 3rd (which is very deep). If anything it may go up because that may allow him to come up faster.

Everyone keeps saying 3rd but, they have Andy LaRoche at 3B...

Well it's obvious to say that it won't be as high, so not sure what you are wanting to hear. A power bat at SS is always going to be better then one in the OF.
