H2H World Series?

Last year I participated in the New York league of the H2H World Series. I lost to a fiend of mine in the finals.

My friend that won would like to know if that league will continue. Do all the winners from their states now compete against each other?

Where can he go to sign up for the league if it still exists?

Yeah if your friend won the New York League last year he gets a spot in the USA East Regional League this season.
