I used the individual projections from another site for all pitchers and subtotalled by team and based on the above scoring system came up with ....
1) Min
2) Angels
3) Oak
4) Bos
5) White Sox
6) Cubs
7) Indians
8) Houston (would jump if Clemens resigns)
9) Toronto
10) NYY
11) Phillies
12) Brew crew
13) Dodgers
14) Padres
15) Tex
16) Mets
17) St. Louis
