Thanks Gags. I just set up an acct on Bodogs. I really wanted to make sure I can get a small bet on the Devil Rays winning the over on 67.5 games. I'll look into the other sites as well. Your help is appreciated.

You know if we really wanted to start making some money we could go out and find all the best odds, post them here, have everyone analyze them in a thread, making personal decisions and then load up. }:-)

Since we have so many experienced D Ray fans here, let us know what you think guys :-D

1. I never win in Football...I'm about 25% winners there.
2. I sometimes win in NBA...40% there...still sucks.
3. NHL...neve tried
4. NCAA march madness...I'm about 80% this year...$$$$$$$$$
5. MLB..I've done great in futures, and pretty good in games.

MLB is the easiest of the major's IMO.

Sport I've had the best luck in? Womens world cup soccer. I am 8 for 8!!!!!!!!! ;-D ;-D

What is the best online sports betting site? I plan to join and start betting a few dollars on games on TV just to make the games more interesting (for me and the roomates).

Just a few:

sportsbook.com
bodog.com
betus.com

I use sportsbook most frequently. Beware of the mailings they send to your address though, they are a pain in the butt.

If you're betting to make money, it is wise to grab an account on multiple sites and check all of them for the best odds/lines.

If you're betting solely for entertainment purposes, one site will do, and you're bound to lose.

In general bodog has one of the worst juices around, pinnacle has a better juice. And i'm in no way affiliated with any sportsbook

For those of you reading this who already bet or plan on betting on baseball, it is in your best interest to look at the odds being offered by multiple sites. Even if you go through a local book, always be sure to check out multiple websites for better odds.

If you're looking to take a favorite, you obviously want to find the lowest odds. If you're looking to take an underdog, you obviously want to find the highest odds.

There is A LOT more fluctuation with baseball odds than any other sport. For instance, the NFL rarely has a game that one casino will have more than one point higher/lower than another.

But in baseball, I find numerous instances every week where you can find odds that clearly work in your favor. This is ESPECIALLY true if you use a local bookmaker.

I've got lots of insight on betting on baseball and I've spent time on both sides of the ball, betting and taking bets. I feel that baseball is the pro sport that is the easiest to make money on because of the sometimes absurdly high odds. But it doesn't come easy and it is a lot of hard work.

I've got to agree that pinnacle is the best online.
