Serious Keeper/salary cap league needs one owner

Need one owner to take over a team for the fourth season of a serious salary cap, keeper league. 20 teams total, 40 man rosters plus up to 10 man minor league roster so it is a very very deep league. The team to take over is a fairly good one just missing the playoffs last year in 8th place. The lague is very low cost with only a $5 fee for the leagues stat service (which comes with a free stat tracker for each team).
