very true, I wouldnt want to cheer for players that I dont like.

I root for several professional sports teams and I don't like everyone on the team.

For years the Sixers had a player named Derek Coleman, years before that Shawn Bradley, Yankees have A-Rod who I'm not too fond of, but would I draft him? Yes, no quesions asked.

That said, I dislike players with empty, unreliable stats who tend to get drafted higher than I believe they should. I think this is why Dunn & Jones tend to be on many fantasy player's lists. Their stats always seem like they are in danger of a 20% decline at the first sign on a slump.

Do I dislike these guys? Not really, I just understand that they'll be drafted 2-3 rounds higher than I have them slotted year-in, year-out.

Jason Bay- who can forget the 0-fer in the HR derby

Michael Young- the year I draft him is the year he finally gets hurt

Arod- the Peyton Manning of baseball

On the opposite note, guys that I like:

Barry Bonds- just to feel what it would be like to have a player on your team when he has a historic season

Aramis Ramirez- I predicted a .320 120 runs 40 hr 120 rbi season from him last year. Please stay healthy and my 2nd round pick on you will be a steal.

Eric Chavez- Breakout season coming up ;-D
Bold Predictions:

Grady Sizemore will have more value than Jason Bay regardless of draft position

Aramis Ramirez in 155 G will hit over .300 40 HR 110 RBIs

Brian McCann will have more value than Jorge Posada regardless of draft position

That said, I do not like Soriano...never have really and now in Wash I really would get no where near the guy on the draft board.

I have always thought Jeter gets picked a round or two too early.

Pedro is an early pick waiting to blow up on someone should his arm fall off.

Same for Carpenter. Bad risk imo.

D. Lee is a very risky pick based on the spike in last year's numbers.

Bonderman and Cliff Lee are getting way too much praise imo.

On the other side, JD Drew is being dropped way too much imo for what amounts to a HBP injury. Granted you can sort of equate him to Prior, but he is falling to the late teen rounds inmany drafts while prior still goes top 6.

You're right about drew. His OPS was over 1.000 in 2004.

They do not call him A-Fraud or A-Choke for nothing.

ok, there are a lot of players that I dont like, but I'm still willing to draft them if they fall to me. For example,, I dont like Barry Bonds and I dont want to see him suceed. I will try to avoid him at all costs, but if he somehow slips to say the 10th round, I'll do what I need to do to win the league.

Soriano
Crawford
Tejada
Young
Randy
Helton
Damon

If I get any of these guys, they're being traded... they're all overvalued and I just don't like them for their purposes.

Abreu, Tejada, Robers, Unit, Damon, Pudge, and I don't know why but I have Lance Berkman ranked a lot lower than a late 2nd early 3rd round pick like most people do.
