Owner looking for keeper league - (draft, no auction)

Hello,

I'm looking for a keeper league that needs GMs. It doesn't matter if the league is getting on its feet or has been around. However, I do not enjoy auction style drafting.

I'll take over a team even if it is a wreck due to an owner's incompetency. I wouldn't mind the challenge of rebuilding a franchise.
