Could someone please make me a banner?

I'm new to this site and would like a banner for my sig. Below are pics of Jason Bay and Ryan Howard and Aramis Ramirez. You can use other pics if you would like, whatever's easiest and whatever works best on Cafe, I just want those three to be in it. I don't care about the background or text (maybe "The Bats" because its part of my team name but once again I don't really care). Feel free to be creative with this sig and if you have been wanting to try something new, you can use mine as a guinea pig.

is it possible to make it a little bigger? looking around the site most people's sigs seem to be bigger. if you can't, that's fine it's still awesome.

I can't adjust the size once its finished. I started over and came up with this... the same idea only larger and I used a different effect for the background. The Cafe has a 12kb limit, so the larger you go, the less quality you have. Thats why I created a smaller one at first. The bigger one turned out well anyhow, IMO. I'll go ahead and keep both at my site so you can choose which one you want to use
