ERA wise, no. Wins wise, yes.
His ERA will go up, I just don't see a repeat of the 2.86 of last year, even though as a huge Ranger fan I'd love to see it. However, I do see his ERA staying under 4.00 which will definitely get him more than a measly 9 wins.
