Out of curoiusity, is this prospect list for fantasy baseball or real life? It would make a fair amount of difference depending on something like that.

IMO E. Encarnacion is way too low on the list. Many players ranked above him havent seen a major league inning while Encarnacion could put up 20+ homers and 15+ steals THIS year, his first full season. But your top 20 looks accurate, with only a few minor discrepencies e.g. Cain should definatley be above Billinglsy, and probably above verlander. Like i said before about Encarnacion, Cain will make a bigger impact in the majors (and your fantasy team) this year while billinglsy's role could be a limited one with more depth in the LA rotation.

Thanx for the list. It's pretty good, but if it's for fantasy, Jenks should be on the list (has only about 40 MLB IP, so most would consider him rookie-eligible). Also, Kinsler and Barfield look like they will be starters, so I'd put them on, too. Also, Encarnacion has way too many ABs (at least around 300, I think), so he should come off. I'd remove Papelbon and Petit to make room for the other 2 I mentioned. Also, interesting that you list Adam Jones, but not Jeff Clement.
