1. Number of teams: 16

2. Entry Fee/Payout Schedule

Entry Fee is $100

Payout is $1000 to 1st place, $400 to 2nd, $200 to 3rd

3. Roster Setup:

C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, MI, CI, OF, OF, OF, UT
SP, SP, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, RP, RP
BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

That's 25 players.

4. Farm system:

Each team's farm system will consist of 8 minor leaguers.

5. In-season Free agency:

We will use the default Yahoo system for in-season free agency.

6. Trading deadline:

The trading deadline will be August 13, 2006.

7. Maximum Games Per Position (Non-Pitchers)

Non-pitcher positions will be limited to 162 games per position.

8. Maximum Innings Pitched Per Team

Teams will be limited to 1250 innings pitched per season.

9. Waiver Period

The waiver period for players that are cut will be 2 days.

10. Trade Review Period

Once agreed to, trades will be put up to the rest of the league to review for 2 days.

11. Keepers

Each team will keep 7 major league keepers and 5 farm league keepers at the end of each season. Keeper lists will be due by December 1st each year.

Minor League restrictions will follow rookie of the year eligibility. Once a player is no longer eligible for ROY, he is considered a major leaguer for our purposes.

12. Draft

The draft will be live in a Yahoo chatroom on a date that is agreed to by the league.

Minor league draft will be by email, and will commence the day after the major league draft is complete.

All rules not stated in this constitution will reflect Yahoo's default rules.
