What the heck does that qualifier mean?? I see Delmon listed at 200lb while Upton at 195lb (on thebaseballcube.com), but maybe Delmon is heavier than that by now(?).

I would say Delmon. 5 cat guy in the OF a tier above the next competitor. Upton has company at his position, if he stays there.
