Vasquez, Contreras, Bedard.

Daniel Cabrera is my pick to take a big step up. Only 24, with a 8.8 DOM rate, and great G/F ratio. Mazzone could help this guy become elite.

Bensons 4.74 road era is scary, especially moving to Camden now.

Chacon was lucky last year. Don't expect a 26% hit rate % again.

Wright, Jaret
2003 SDP Road ERA - 7.11
2004 ATL Road ERA - 4.04

Hampton, Mike
2002 COL Road ERA - 6.44
2003 ATL Road ERA - 4.47

The common thing here is Leo Mazzone. I know these are only 2 examples, but I am too tired to look everyone up. I am not even that high on Benson, but I have more interest in him for Baltimore than when he was in NY, even though Shea is a pitchers park.
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...

I'm going to have to say:
Dan Haren,
Each year he progresses nicely.
He seems to be the quiet pick that you put on your team and are really happy to have.

I would consider him a sleeper still and he will give you positive numbers for your team.

I would also think Heilman could be a decent late round sleeper

I have Haren on half my teams so he better pan out

If Scott Baker gets a spot in the Twins rotation watch out for him too.

I'm with you. I call him a sleeper because his stats don't show his great second half unless you either owned him, or pay attention to the game logs.

Until the end of July: 136 innings, 50-something earned runs
Aug 1 and on: 84 innings, 22 ER

There's more to the numbers, but I have to go to work! :~(

I've been hearing that this is Sabathia's year for at least two years now. He has the skills.
