Last season was my first in fantasy baseball. To say it was different from football would be an understatement. The most important lesson I learned as a newbie was taught to me by the commish of one of my leagues: the value of multi-catagory players. Its something you must understand as a new player. I picked so many name players my first year that were one demensional, and man did that come back to bite me, especially in roto leagues. In drafts and in trades, look for those players that are strong in 2, 3, or even 4 catagories.
He who knows not and knows not he knows not: he is a fool - shun him. He who knows not and knows he knows not: he is simple - teach him. He who knows and knows not he knows: he is asleep - wake him. He who knows and knows he knows: he is wise - follow him
