Sowers the soonest. Papelbon the most upside.

Papelbon will start the year if not in the rotation, than in the pen, and his upside is the highest as well.

Sowers hands down imo. He has superb control and even though his pitches are not lights out, he can throw 4 pitches for strikes. He will never be a ace on a fantasy staff due to his low k's, but he will be a very good #2 for a long time.

Sowers has the most upside but Paplebon will play this year and will be very solid imo.
