Fantasy Baseball Cheat Sheets?

Postby dewey finn » Fri Feb 03, 2006 10:33 am

Hi, First post although I post on the basketball and hockey forums a lot.

Anyway, I was wondering if FBC has or will have cheat sheets (FBC player ranks, rather than a mock draft) like how basketball/hockey had prior to draft day.

Thanks and good luck.

Usually a handful of FBC regulars will sit down and put together something.

Here are some cheat sheets that I've compiled using various sources.

I can help with this:

Open Internet Explorer (or, if you're smart, Firefox)
Type in the Address bar: http://www.google.com
Press "Enter" or the "Go" button.
This will bring up the Google webpage. Google is a search engine, or more specifically, THE search engine, which using the PageRank process of linking pages to provide you with the most relevant search results possible. Then again, I think I may be getting ahead of myself...
In the search box of the main Google page, you should type in the words: fantasy baseball cheat sheets. Feeling lucky? Click "I'm feeling lucky..." and BOOM, the FBC will be the first hit! Yahoo! Not Yahoo!, this is Google we're talking about here.
Look through the results. Click on links. Check out the websites that offer "cheat sheets." Not what you're looking for? Don't want to shell out $20 bucks? Try doing a search for: free fantasy baseball cheat sheets, or perhaps fantasy baseball player rankings. Need to narrow things down? Add some quotes like "fantasy baseball" "cheat sheets".

Welcome to the Internet. The most basic skill of Googling is one that you will treasure for years to come. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Nice job with the warm welcome CU. ;-7
There are some compiled sheets around. Lofunzo usually does the sheets for the cafe but I haven't seen anything on it lately.

Awe, Pogo... as condescending as that may have sounded, i really am trying to help! After all, empowerment is confidence!

But I will help out regardless, my favorite free cheat sheet fantasy baseball site (and other will contest to this) is probably
http://www.sportfanatics.net/Baseball.htm

Check it out.

Oh, and welcome to the Cafe!

Copper, contrary to what you believe (maybe you read my post wrong), I was just asking if the cafe did a top 100 or so player ranking like how the Hockey and Basketball cafe does prior to the start of season.

Did you really think I was randomly posting on the first fantasy baseball forums I found if there are any sites for cheat sheets?? I specifically asked if the Cafe would have them, instead of the Keeper mock draft. You probably misunderstood my post, or didn't read it at all, but no hard feelings mate. I'm here to stay.

And like I said before, I post in the basketball and hockey forums a lot so I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot.

And for the record, I use Firefox.

the cafe usually has a bunch of people complie a ranking system by position (it has the last 2-3 years). It usually comes closer to the start of the season.

I love the word "albeit". B-) B-) B-) B-)
