Fantasy baseball using "minor league"

For those of you playing in leagues in which you can draft young players and keep them in your "minor league" team or something like that, could you tell me what the rules for your league are and how much you like it? Or a link to a website with rules for such a league.

I would really like to start a league featuring an expanded roster of players for next year and beyond, but I have no idea where to start.
