For some reason 5 owners out of ten left. Maybe I suck ass, but it's roto....it can't be that hard.

I am going to take the 5 owners who wanted to stay and look for 3-5 more owners. I will take every player that was available from the teams that left and combine them into one pool. New owners will pick through a draft players from that pool. This way noone gets stuck with a shitty team off the bat.
