Nick Adenhart has the best stuff on the list. If he fully recovers from TJ Surgery I think he will have the highest upside.

Jon Lester - at the top cause he has proven at AA and IMO has the better upside over Petit
Yusamerlo Petit - every year he shows people who doubt him, at this point he should def become a pretty good pitcher, just depends on his upside
Mike Pelfrey - Wouldn't be surprised if he turned out the best, love the package he brings.
Phil Hughes - this might be ranking him to high since he has had an injury, though it's only minor. But the kid has great control & stuff
Joel Zumaya - I'm not sold yet on him becoming a starter
Jared Weaver - a good bet to become a solid middle of the rotation pitcher
Thomas Diamond - got torched in AA and will have to be in that hitters park
Nick Adenhart - coming off TJ surgery and hasn't shown anything yet

I don't have Hansen ranked cause the rest are SP's at this point. All things being equal he would be somewhere in the middle.
