I can understand thinking that Olberman is a smug tool with a dry sense of humor, but seriously, compared to O'Reilly, Olberman is far more interesting and considerably less of a douchebag.
Besides, I'd say Olberman's doing better than Kilborn at least these days.

Thats a ridiculous comment in general...
he used to be the best and was very interesting to watch in the early days when he was hard-charging and fair-minded b/c he had nothing to lose working for an infant operation. People didn't turn him into a ratings phenom b/c he sucked. HOwever, i think success has definitely gotten the best of him and he's become too self-righteous and self-important to retain the relevance he once had. . . . . . .. . . . . much like Barry Bonds!
I was suprised that Olberman made reference to his sexual harrasment case. I always thought mentioning stuff like that was taboo.
I have now officially become an MSNBC fan because of Olberman. One guy I can tolerate who is a conservative on TV is Scarborough. He is pretty fair. I really don't even like the liberal ones either when they just spew crap.
I enjoy John Stewart and Bill Maher and the likes because they are funny and you know they are there for entertainment not facts.
People I hate (forgive me if I butcher their names):
Ann Coulture
Rush Limbaugh
Tucker "Bowtie" Carlson
Sean Hannity
O'Reily
and Starr Jones.
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...
Yeah Phat, I was a little surprised that he reference the sexual harassment case too, but if you think about it, and the tables were turned, you can bet your ass O'Reilly would attack his opponents if they'd been charged with something like that.
He really is just a big bully and I noticed that his favorite way of measuring the validity of something is by its popularity. Yeah, Fox News is the #1 cable news network... that's because America is full of rednecks.
HOOTIE wrote:Big bully? Nah. He exposes hacks like Clooney, Jackson, who hide under their desks, afraid to come on.
Exposed the Red Cross for sitting on the 911 donations.
Exposed the Vermont judge who gave a child rapist 30 days. America is rampant with losers. Somebody has to make them accountable.
Don't get me wrong, I think O'Reilly's crusades against relevant issues and topics, like the Vermont judge you mentioned and NAMBLA, but when he starts attacking newspapers because they don't like him or wages a war on people who say "Happy Holidays" not to mention his absurd boycotts and hatred of an insignifican country like France, I'd say Letterman hit the nail right on the head when he said that at least 60% of everythign O'Reilly says is crap.
