Does "The Jake" scare you?

Thw White Sox, Twins and Indians had very good pitching last year that has to be a factor. Though the left field wall does knock down some HRs. When Thome, Manny, Belle and Sexson hit HRs it does not matter what park they played in those guys hit some bombs. Martinez, Sizemore, Peralta and Hafner of those guys only Hafner crushes HRs as did the 4 I cited. So it makes sense to me that the Jake would rob say Sizemore of some HRs, moreso a righty like Peralta.

I know what the numbers say, but I seem to remember the Jake was considered a hitter's park in the days of the md to late 90's tribe and Thome, Manny, Lofton, Justice, etc. I am not all convinced that the park is that much of a pitcher's paradise as much as it is that a lot of the AL Central opponents have pretty crummy hitting teams the past few years.

Don't leave out albert belle man he is the best indian ever.
