just took over a dynasty team - need some help

I just took over a team in a 16-team dynasty league head to head 7x7 with ks and tb for hitters and walks and ip added for pitchers. any feedback on this roster would be appreciated. specificially if i should drop someone.

To me, it looks a little thin. The only one I see making an impact on a fantasy level will be Wood, maybe Billingsley if he becomes mor ethan I think he will be. Some may be good players, but very interchangable. I think in a 16 team you need at least 2-3 viable top prospects or at least some "potenial" guys that haven't put it together yet.
