It's unfortunate that, not only do people have to resort to building stuff like this, but we have to spend money and use resources that could be used much more wisely to find and destroy these things.

How long before the "Al Queda could be using these tunnels to smuggle terrorists into the US," spin? I'm guessing they'll jump on that pretty quick.

That's going to be Bush's excuse to send 1,000 soldiers to the US/Mex border to look for tunnels.

100 an ounce

x 16 ounces = 1,600 a pound x 4000 pounds = 6.4 million dollars.

Now if it was good weed we can do some more math

~400 an ounce x 16 = 6,400 a pound x 4000 pounds = 25.6 million
