This was a pretty serious enterprise – concrete construction, lights, drainage. That’s a large investment for a simple tunnel.

I suppose it would be too much to ask that they observed the tunnel for a while before seizing it so they could catch those involved…

x 16 ounces = 1,600 a pound x 4000 pounds = 6.4 million dollars.

Now if it was good weed we can do some more math

~400 an ounce x 16 = 6,400 a pound x 4000 pounds = 25.6 million
