How are Total Bases calculated?

Postby Niffoc4 » Tue Jan 24, 2006 9:55 pm

I have been looking at Baseballthinkfactory's ZIPS for this year, and I think I can calculate the total bases from the numbers they give... is it just 1 base for singles 2 bases for doubles, 3bases for triples and 4 for home runs?
