Hmm, i think its between B. Wood, Liriano, & Billingsly...I'm gonna give it to Wood based on position. Not sure if Liriano belongs on that list though. This seems to be a list 2 years away.
Liriano and Ryan Zimmerman are the only guys on that list who will have an impact this season. Long term I like Billy Butler and Chad Billingsley.

I don't think Liriano fits into the Twins plans next year, but you never know.
Is Brian Anderson still considered a rookie? Anyways, I think he'll definitley do well in place of Rowand.
Zimmerman and Wood will have a nice impact.
Wood is blocked in the minors and in the majors and was only in A ball last year, I'd say the chances he sees time in the majors this year are about 0%.

Agreed, people get to up on guys who still have a good ways to go and have plenty in front of them to slow them down. He only had time in AAA cause the A & AA seasons were over and they wanted to get him more AB's, he will almost surely be placed in AA to start the year. If the Angels want to give someone time it in the middle infield (due to injury, etc.) it will be Callaspo, Kendrick, or Aybar ... not Wood.
As for the list and guys that could make an impact this year. I'd go with Liriano and Billingsley, possibly Kendrick if there is an injury. Zimmerman should get time, but IMO he won't have any real impact though he should be solid.
