I think the closest thing to a sleeper there is this year is Ryan Howard.
I wouldn't consider Howard a sleeper..

.
I think it depends on how you define "sleeper." I'm thinking of it as "wildly undervalued."
Make that wildly overvalued and I'd say you're right on.

Hermida - i think he will have a solid season
Brad Wilkerson - i just hope he doesn't lead off
Chris Young - numbers could be great in PETCO

Wilkerson is one guy i forgot to mention. IIRC he had a nagging hand injury for the majority of last year. That on top of the move to RFK really hurt his numbers. I could see him putting up 30 homers and 100 rbi/runs depending where he hits in that rangers lineup and how much playing time he gets. Hopfully i can pick him up in the 10th .
Jason Lane is another i'd look to pick up really late. Great ball park, decent lineup around him, should get more playing time then last year. He's one of my breakout picks.
Javy Lopez is another. Catcher eligibility while playing full time dh/1b really improves his numbers. I could see him being the #2 catcher behind VMart. I'm hoping to land him in the 7th~
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!

This is a really good call. I didn't think about this too much when they picked Hernandez up but Lopez should definitely get more atbats this year at 1st and dh. Do any Baltimore fans have an idea of how the O's are looking at 1st and DH? Is it a logjam or will Javy be able to get his atbats?
