I haven't seen these mentioned yet so I thought I would:

La Rocca-The Truth
Eels-Blinking Lights and Revelations
Sam Roberts(Indie?)-We were born in a flame

A band that I'm not real sure anybody else likes but I do is The Dandy Warhols. I really like the albums Come Down and 13 Tales From Urban Bohemia

"Bohemian Like You" was used in a bunch of independent films and HBO shows; cool song. Music video apparently features full frontal nudity.

I just started listening to The Flaming Lips recently, and I love 'em. I highly recommend their last two albums, At War With The Mystics and Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots. Good Stuff. ;D

Have you listened to their album where you are supposed to sync 4 cd's to listen to the album?

Anyways, I recently listened to the Cold War Kids album Robbers and Cowards and I enjoyed it ;-D

I just picked up a bunch of random cds on discount (used on amazon).

Godspeed! You Black Emperor! - Lift your skinny fists like antennae to heaven.- Very interesting listen, I need to go through it a couple more times to hear everything though.

Sigur Ros - Agaetus Byrjun- Great ambient music. I think vocals are very important, but when the music sounds this good, I don't care too much.

Arcade Fire - Funeral - I love this CD. I might get sick of it in like 2 weeks, but until then, it'll be constantly spinning in my car.
Yes, I was, uh... I was thinking about ordering the tape, the videotape... about the college girls and the... the wild... the wildness. They're going wild or something? Somebody told me... about going wild.
