In our league you can only have players on your minor league roster if they still qualify as a rookie:

A player shall be considered a rookie unless, during a previous season or seasons, he has (a) exceeded 130 at-bats or 50 innings pitched in the Major Leagues; or (b) accumulated more than 45 days on the active roster of a Major League club or clubs during the period of 25-player limit (excluding time in the military service and time on the disabled list).

Is there a website that lists the numbers of days on the roster?

We have the same rule but only thing I can find is number of games. If you know about when he was brought up you can go to past transactions and find out. There are sites that have each teams transactions for the past several years
You don't have to like 'em to own 'em!!!!
