Not sure where you got them from, but those aren't his minor league stats last year. At AA/AAA he had a combination of 92 runs - 26 hr's - 99 rbi's - 32 sb - .315 avg.
Also, there really isn't that big of a log jam as anyone but Rocco/ Crawford are expendable and will probably make a trade or two before the all-star break (which seems like a good time for him to be called-up).
As far as major league comparisons, he has been compared to Albert Belle and sometimes to Vlad recently (though I don't think anyone is quite in vlad's league). So, yes he def has 40 HR power in the future.
Some scouts don't think that Young has the body type to remain a speedster and base stealing threat. For this reason, I don't know about the Guerrero comparisons.

It's not always about speed when it comes to stealing bases. Bagwell stole 30+ in his prime and he is below avg in speed. Pujols last season is another good example.
