What makes someone a Vet in the cafe?

Anyway, as to the original question, it sounds like you mean the guys in the Classifieds Forum looking for stable and active members? If that's the case, the 1,000 post mark is just a common thing to use on message boards when looking for league members. Don't take any offense to it, post count really is irrelevant as to the actual Cafe' Veterans.

Geez, surprised to see an argument in a thread like this. I would consider a vet anybody that posts here regularly rather it be in the Leftovers section or the General Talk area or basically any board. If your someone that just comes here for trade advice and to talk in the leftovers section about your favorite team's situation or something then no, I wouldn't call you a vet. Anybody that has this place at the top or near the top of their favorites and goes one here to post at least a couple times a week is a vet IMO. I don't think you need one of those little icons to be considered a Cafe vet.
