While I agree with Brendan Horton that Rowand is a nice bounceback candidate, I do think he overstates the ballpark factor.
While Citizens Bank Park is a nice hitters park, Rowand is coming from the New Comiskey, which if he forgets, was 2nd & 1st respecitvely in most homeruns hit the last 2 seasons.
You can argue the ballpark factor for increased projections for somebody like Wilkerson who is coming from RFK to Arlington, but not with Rowand.
If Rowand hits 2nd in Philly then I think .280, 95, 20, 85, 20 may be very possible, if he hits 6th or 7th then I think 2006 will resemble 2005.
