That is a waste of money... last time I checked, New Orleans isn't back to normal.

I've got to disagree right here. The donaters are from all over the country not just Louisiana. If you want to go off of this theory that you shouldn't be spending money when things are messed up, nobody would ever be doing anything but donating their hard earned cash. Let them spend it as they see fit.
