advice for familiarizing myself with minor leaguers?

I am having a minor league draft this year that goes along with the keeper league I created with some friends. Do you guys have any advice on the best way to familiarize myself with minor league players? Any websites you could recommend to help me?

There are many ratings lists and links in the archives. This is the main one I use. Some of the other sites are a little off the wall.

i would subscribe to baseball america's internet data subscription which gives access to all sorts of good stuff that is pretty much already in the magazine.
