Uh, is there a question? Like "who will perform better this year?" or "who will perform better over their career?" or even "Whose first name begins with the letter R?"

Also, it's a weird comparison since one is a power hitting first baseman and the other is widely acknowledged to be the best pitching prospect in 20 years. Apples and oranges.

Depends what you need.

I think you can rationalize choosing either. Being a fantasy player that likes to emphasize hitting over pitching, I'd say Howard.

and I think Howard is the value pick...if Howard hits like he did in the minors (or somehow get better) he will be a little lighter David Ortiz....

how can a lighter david ortiz be any better than a guy that can be just as good as pedro was in his prime?

Ryan Howard is a nice power hitting first baseman, but I can't see any way of taking him before Felix regardless of team needs. Felix is for real. The only thing that can stop him is injuries.

Felix is 6 yrs younger and can anchor a staff for years to come. Big hitters like Howard come around a lot especially at 1B. Dont get me wrong, I like Howard, but in a dynasty there is noone I like better than Felix.

If I had to take one in a draft dynasty, I would take Felix first because I think he has more value right now, thus meaning I could trade him for something greater than I could Howard. For this reason, Id prob take Felix but I really think Howard will end up with greater value...thats what I was kinda getting at above. I very well could be all wrong since I havent seen anyone as promising as Felix.
