Serious Dynasty League Opening

I currently have 6-8 openings in my Dynasty league. It's a very serious league, but we're looking to overhaul and bring in fresh talent.

With that said, we are looking for VERY SERIOUS and ACTIVE managers. We've been burned in the past by GMs who did not have a full knowledge of MLB, Minors, and fantasy baseball.
